1. Safety
Safety is of the utmost importance when operating this machine. Please familiarise yourself with the following symbol before using it.
What Does This Symbol Mean?
Danger/Warning
When you see this symbol, it means injury could be sustained if the proper guidance is not followed. It is to remind you to pay attention and follow the correct procedures. To avoid any accidents or incidents, please follow the rules of operation laid out in this manual.
2. Installation Site & Power Supply
Installation Site
The machine should be installed in an area capable of holding the weight of both the machine and the relevant equipment.
Power Supply
Please connect your machine to the relevant power input according to your local voltage.
UK: 220(±10%) VAC, Single Phase 50/60Hz, 0.8KW
Do not place your machine in an environment containing any combustible gasses, flammable or explosive substances.
3. Notes on Running
Check
Please perform a thorough inspection of your machine prior to running to avoid any breakdown or damage.
Personnel Safety
Confirm that no personnel are in contact with or working on/inside the machine prior to running. When operating the machine, refrain from wearing any loose clothing or jewellery and keep long hair tied back. Do not touch or make contact with any moving parts whilst running the machine.
Coming into contact with the hopper and drive unit whilst operating the machine will affect weighing accuracy.
Grounding
Regularly check that the machine remains grounded in order to protect any personnel that may use or come into contact with the machine.
Electronics
Confirm all electronics are connected and functioning as intended whilst the machine is running. Only authorised and certified personnel may install, repair or modify any electronic parts.
Maintenance/Modifications
Before you adjust, clean, lubricate, maintain the machine or change any parts, please make sure the machine has been powered off for at least 1 minute.
High voltage can cause serious injury and death.
Modifying our electronic system, adding electronic components or changing the relevant power environment could weaken the machine's normal function and is a health and safety hazard.

Products
Your machine is designed for the use of dry, granular, free-flowing, piece-type products only.

Temperature: -5 – 40ºC
Humidity: 35 – 85%
Hopper Safety
Do not strike, impact, apply pressure to or make contact with the hopper at any time.
Further Equipment Connections
Direct current for the connection signals with other equipment (packing machine, sealer, conveyor etc.) should be no more than 30V. The overloading current should be no more than 10mA.
