iSeal™️ is a line of British manufactured, heavy duty, industrial grade heat band sealers designed to give options to businesses.
Intuitive and efficient, our heat band sealers are designed to keep up with you and your pace, capable of running all day. We have developed a state-of-the-art nitrogen flush system that keeps your packages fresher for longer and all our sealing machines come with ink date printers capable of printing 2 lines of text with 20 characters per line.

Price
How much will iSeal™️ cost?
Starting from £1100, we have a sealing machine for all budgets. Please refer to our 'Price and Specifications' below for more detailed price guidelines.
Each sealer you purchase will also come with a set of spare PTFE, woven, heavy duty heat sealing belts, a spare gear drive belt and 1 set of printing characters for the date wheel.
The PTFE and gear belts are consumable materials as they do need replacing over time however, we can supply these for you. PTFE belts are £2 for a set of 2 and the gear drive belts are £4 for a set of 2.
When purchasing our iSeal 1080 with Nitrogen flush, we recommend finding a local supplier of Nitrogen to ensure consistency as we do not supply the Nitrogen ourselves.

The size of the top feed hopper you require, depends upon how much bulk material or product, you need to feed into it. It also depends upon "how" you are going to feed it.
