Printing Function Details:
The iSFRP1120LD inkjet band sealer can print up to 6 lines of text or codes per job. Each line can include text, numbers, symbols, barcodes, QR codes, or even a simple logo.
 
The character height is adjustable between approximately 1.5 mm and 12.7 mm, allowing you to choose a size suitable for your packaging. There is no fixed character limit on length, so you can continuously print along the bag as required.
 
The machine uses a thermal inkjet printing system that is fully integrated with the sealing process. It has a touch‑screen control panel running on an open platform, making it easy to set up, edit and store multiple print templates.
 
Operators can create and store different layouts for batch numbers, expiry dates, QR codes, barcodes, or logos. The system also supports automatic date and time updates for variable information, reducing operator error.
 
In practical use, the product is sealed and printed in one pass. The inkjet head prints directly on the bag as it is carried through the band sealer, which makes the process fast and efficient for high‑volume production.
