Do You Provide Training?

Absolutely, we train all of our customers on every solution that we provide them.

The type of training required and our approach to providing that training varies depending upon the type of equipment that needs to be installed.

If you have purchased one of our entry level machines, for example, our SpeedBox 200, then we can provide the necessary training either over the phone or on a video call, for free. We will make site visits for the smaller machines if you want us to, however, there is a charge for that service due to the resources we have to commit to do so.

Our larger solutions require us to be on-site for installation due to the variables present when working with more complex machinery. Once we’ve got you set up and installed, we’ll show you how to operate your machinery and just how straightforward it really is.
